A manufacturer with high production capacity and advanced machinery, Steelin Light Gauge Steel Building Systems is part of Hekim Holding. Its experienced, solution-oriented team prioritises customer satisfaction, giving the company a leading position in its sector.

Steelin Light Gauge Steel Building Systems produces almost all the raw materials used in its light gauge steel structures at its own integrated facilities, enabling it to offer highly economical solutions. Previously limited to a maximum of four storeys, light gauge steel structures can now reach eight storeys thanks to the technology and designs developed by Steelin Light Gauge Steel Building Systems.

Steelin Light Gauge Steel Building Systems is operated by Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş., a Hekim Holding company. All its light gauge steel structures are manufactured at its factories in Şekerpınar, Kocaeli, and Güzelyalı/Pendik, Istanbul, covering an area of 63,500 m². Production is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality system by specialist staff using state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.

2014

2014 | Steelin’s Foundations Were Laid

Steelin was positioned as one of the new brands within Hekim Holding / Prefabrik Yapı. Steelin began its operations in the light gauge steel sector with a focus on modern building technologies. With advanced machinery and robust production infrastructure, it set out to deliver high-quality solutions at high production volumes. That same year, light gauge steel structures of up to 8 storeys and large-scale hangar structures were among its notable applications.

2016

2016–2019 | Global Projects and Growth

Between 2016 and 2019, Steelin expanded its operations through international projects and applications across different building types. At the Istanbul Building Fair, Steelin showcased its multi-storey light gauge steel structures, industrial facilities, solar power plants and bespoke wide-span projects. It strengthened its project portfolio with international projects such as the first-phase villas for the Holiday Village project in Kyrgyzstan and the pier terminal and passenger transport buildings in Ivory Coast. During this period, Steelin consolidated its position within Hekim Holding and continued its work on villas, multi-storey buildings, industrial buildings and bespoke projects, building its experience and market strength in the light gauge steel structure sector. Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş., of which Steelin is a part, received an award for its export performance, ranking third in the “Articles of Metal” category based on its 2015 export figures.

2020–2025 | Diverse Building Solutions and Robust Production Infrastructure

Between 2020 and 2025, Steelin broadened its expertise in light gauge steel building systems through solutions for a range of applications. It maintained a diverse portfolio of projects and applications by offering solutions for different building types, including villas, hotels, offices, hospitals, schools, factories, workshops and hangars. Operating as one of Hekim Holding’s brands in the prefabricated building industry, Steelin was positioned as an operation of Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. under its existing organisational structure and carried out production at its facilities in Şekerpınar, Kocaeli, and Pendik/Güzelyalı, Istanbul. During this period, its robust production infrastructure and broad range of applications strengthened its position in the light gauge steel structure sector.
