The villas in the first phase of the holiday village project in Kyrgyzstan began to take shape under the Steelin brand of Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. The project comprises luxury villas, each with a covered area of 150 m². The buildings were constructed using the Steelin light gauge steel building system with Hekim Profil. Non-combustible HekimBoard fibre cement boards made with natural cement and manufactured by Hekim Yapı A.Ş., with a Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification, were used for the façade cladding and internal surface linings. Built using the latest technology, the villas were designed to provide residents with a high standard of comfort.
