Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş., a Hekim Holding company, is building Turkey’s first facility for manufacturing solar panels using desert-type technology in Mersin. The facility belongs to the Desiba partnership and is being developed through Turkish-German cooperation.
The facility is being built by Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. using the Steelin Light Gauge Steel Building System and durable, innovative Hekim Profil. Hekim Panel sandwich panels with rock wool insulation, manufactured by Hekim Yapı A.Ş., are being used for the façade cladding and roof cladding.
With a specialist team of engineers and architects working across sales, marketing, production and R&D, Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. carries out all technical calculations and design work in-house. Alongside its high-tech manufacturing, the company continues to serve customers in Turkey and more than 100 countries with planning, design, loading, logistics, assembly, disassembly, building services installation, painting and after-sales services, supported by a customer-focused approach.
