1. Scope and Acceptance
These terms govern the use of www.steelin.com, the website of Steelin, the light gauge steel structure brand of Prefabrik Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (the Company), and its /en, /fr and /ar language versions. Users of the site are expected to review these terms and comply with them when using the site. Rights arising under mandatory law are reserved.
2. Content for Information Purposes
The content on the site is provided for general information only; it does not constitute an offer, an intention to enter into a contract or a commitment. The content alone does not constitute a binding assurance regarding the specifications, price or delivery terms of any product or service.
3. Intellectual Property
The Steelin brand and the site content belong to the Company. Except for uses permitted by law, the content may not be reproduced, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written permission. Access to the site does not grant any rights in or licences to use the brand or content.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law. To the extent that a legally valid jurisdiction agreement can be entered into, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Statutory rules on subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction, including provisions relating to consumers, and users' rights to seek remedies under mandatory law are reserved.
