The Golden Visa Villa Project, taking shape in Skala Gerakini near Thessaloniki on Greece’s Halkidiki peninsula, is rising with Steelin light gauge steel building systems. Construction continues at full pace on the project, which spans 7 separate adjacent plots and has a total covered area of 21,467 m².
Taking shape in the unique atmosphere of the Aegean, the project stands out for its contemporary architectural approach, robust structural system and living concept in harmony with its surroundings. Steelin’s light gauge steel building technology brings aesthetic design together with high durability, delivering a robust building standard that meets the needs of modern living. Production, logistics and on-site assembly processes continue seamlessly and in coordination on the project, which will comprise a total of 178 villas.
Currently progressing through active production and loading operations at our factories, the project stands out as one of the major reference projects for Steelin light gauge steel building systems in Greece. The extensive site plan, featuring 2-story buildings comprising 120 m² single-unit villas, 240 m² two-unit villas and 360 m² three-unit villas, stands out for its balconies, outdoor living spaces, distinctive architectural lines and modern facade designs. The project combines the strength and durability offered by Steelin light gauge steel building systems with a contemporary aesthetic.
Communal amenities such as lobby buildings, restaurants, cafés and social facilities are also planned to be added to the project in the coming stages.
Rising as more than just a building—as a symbol of peace, new beginnings and a new life in Europe—the project is also gaining value within the scope of Greece’s Golden Visa program.
This large-scale project continues to rise in the heart of the Aegean as a tangible expression of the philosophy: “We don’t just construct buildings; we turn dreams into steel.”
