Delivered as a turnkey project, this building has a total area of 450 m², with the upper floor used as a family health centre and the lower floor as a nursery. The building was designed using Hekim Steel Frame System details, with all building services concealed beneath the plaster. All manufacturing and assembly work was carried out by our own teams. The façade cladding features HekimBoard fibre cement window surrounds, string courses and decorative corner elements, giving the building a distinctive appearance.
