A new holiday village villa project has come to life on Greece’s captivating coast, where the sea meets the sky. Built through the collaboration of Steelin, Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş.’s light gauge steel building system brand and HekimBoard, Hekim Yapı A.Ş.’s innovative brand, the villas have become more than buildings: they are symbols of tranquillity and new beginnings.

Dreams Take Shape in Style with Light Gauge Steel

Thanks to the light gauge steel production technology developed under the Steelin brand, each villa was built quickly and to high safety standards. Combined with the outstanding properties of HekimBoard, a Hekim Yapı brand, this building system brings together durability and aesthetics, modernity and natural appeal.

This project presents more than a holiday village concept; it also embodies a vision that opens the door to a new life in Europe.

The First Phase Is Complete

The first phase of the project, spanning a total area of 1,364 m², has been successfully completed. This phase delivered:

• 6 single-storey villas,

• 5 two-storey villas,

• a two-storey lobby building measuring 102 m².

With every window overlooking the blue of the Mediterranean and every terrace capturing the magic of sunset, these villas offer more than a holiday experience; they also open the door to a new life in Europe.

The Second Phase Is Underway

Work on the second phase of the project is progressing rapidly. Due for completion soon, this phase will bring new living spaces to the area and further expand the holiday village concept.
