The building was designed using a prefabricated light gauge steel building system. First, the steel frames, measuring 17 cm in thickness and varying in size, were assembled on site. Rock wool insulation and a moisture barrier were then installed. Flat and terracotta HekimBoard fibre cement finishes were selected for the interior and exterior surfaces. With a total area of 1,400 m², the building comprises two-storey offices and a single-storey multipurpose building.
