Every great project begins with a dream and takes shape in style with Steelin.
On Greece's captivating shores, where the sea meets the sky, a new holiday village villa project has come to life. Built through a collaboration between Steelin, the light gauge steel building system brand of Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. and HekimBoard, the innovative brand of Hekim Yapı A.Ş., the villas have become more than buildings: they are symbols of tranquillity and new beginnings.
Dreams Take Shape in Style with Light Gauge Steel
Thanks to the light gauge steel production technology developed under the Steelin brand, each villa was built in a short time and to high safety standards. Combined with the outstanding properties of HekimBoard, a Hekim Yapı brand, this building system brought together durability and aesthetics, modernity and natural appeal.
This project presents not only a holiday village concept, but also a vision that opens the door to a new life in Europe.
The First Phase Is Complete
The first phase of the project, covering a total area of 1,364 m², has been successfully completed. This phase delivered:
6 single-storey villas,
5 two-storey villas,
A two-storey lobby building measuring 102 m².
With every window opening onto the blue of the Mediterranean and every terrace capturing the magic of sunset, these villas offer more than a holiday experience: they also open the door to a new life in Europe.
The Second Phase Is Underway
Work on the project's second phase is progressing rapidly. Due for completion shortly, this phase will bring new living spaces to the area and further expand the holiday village concept.
